Installation Note 34445: The Client Users and Personal Users options are missing from the SAS® Deployment Wizard after you select "Create a SAS Software Depot"
The SAS Deployment Wizard enables you to customize a client users image or personal users depot so that users are able to install only the software that you select. However, if you try to create a SAS Software Depot from the SAS Deployment Wizard installation with SAS® 9.2 (TS1M0), the Client Users and Personal Users options might be missing from the Select SAS Software Depot Option dialog box. Or the Select SAS Software Depot Option dialog box itself might not be displayed.

One possible cause for this problem is a mismatch between the operating system of the machine that you are using and the operating system of the order that you are installing. If either of these problems occurs, make sure that the operating system of your machine matches the operating system of your order.
You can create the client image and the personal software depot only on machines that are running the same system as the host for SAS® Foundation in the order from which you are creating the image or depot. For example, if your order is for 32-bit Microsoft Windows, you cannot put an image of it on a machine running Microsoft Windows for 64-bit Itanium-based systems.
This issue was fixed in SAS 9.2 (TS2M0). You can now create a depot on Windows operating systems of your choice, without further problems.
